1. Who operates TimeBridge
TimeBridge is a Welvoro product. Welvoro is a product brand operated by Mohan Appavoo Lekshmanan. In this policy, “Welvoro”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator.
2. Data used by the app
TimeBridge does not collect or transmit personal data. The app has no account system, analytics, advertising, tracking technology or cloud synchronisation.
The following preferences are stored locally on your Mac:
- Your two selected time-zone identifiers.
- The short labels you choose for those locations.
- Your 12-hour or 24-hour display preference.
- The working-hour start and end times you configure.
These preferences are stored using Apple’s standard local settings system. Welvoro cannot access them, and deleting the app’s data or resetting its preferences removes them from your Mac.
3. Support communications
If you contact support@welvoro.com, we receive the information you voluntarily include, such as your email address, message, screenshots and technical details. We use it only to answer your request, investigate a problem, protect the service or meet a legal obligation.
Email is processed by the email services used by you and Welvoro, subject to those providers’ own privacy and security practices. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or unrelated sensitive information in a support request.
5. Retention and deletion
Local TimeBridge preferences remain on your Mac until you change, reset or remove them. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain an appropriate support record, prevent abuse or comply with law.
You may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing us. We may retain limited information when legally required or when needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Security
TimeBridge minimises risk by keeping its preferences on your device and not operating an app backend. No method of storage or email transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we handle.
7. Children
TimeBridge is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if TimeBridge’s features or legal obligations change. The current version will remain available at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.
